Zen2Fit also provides a comprehensive Progress Report, where you can track key metrics on a monthly basis. You’ll be able to input and monitor your circumference measurements, weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and other relevant data. This feature gives you a clear view of your progress, making it easy to see how far you’ve come and adjust your goals as needed. The app also allows you to upload progress pictures, giving you a visual representation of your transformation.
